The best 10 minute home exercise plan for women of all ages

I first came across this book when I was in the American Air Force in 1974, it was used in Basic Training for the girls in the service. I loved the ease with which it could be followed, and the great results it achieved in toning and strengthening my body. It is applicable to women of all ages, and of all athletic capabilities, giving you an exercise plan from easy to hard at your own pace. It is too bad that it is out of print. It is more effective than most other exercise plans and requires no equipment at all.

Cheap, easy, fast, and it works!

I was about to order a $250 videotape exercise program when I realized that the exercises on the infomercial looked a lot like the Royal Canadian Air Force plan I'd followed when I was in my twenties (when I used it to go down four dress sizes). So I started doing this workout again, and noticed a difference in how I felt from Day 1.
I sit at a computer all day, and my doctor's been after me to break those hours up with exercise. Because this routine is so short, doesn't require equipment or changing clothes, and I don't have to drive anywhere to do it, I break up my day with the R.C.A. XBX workout instead of snacking.
Now my only questions are: 1. Why would anyone spend $250 on a videotape exercise plan? and 2: Why did I ever stop doing this?

Great Plan you can get for Free!

I've used this plan to great effect. It really only takes 12-14 minutes per day and you can get to a surprising level of fitness with just these exercises and perhaps some extra walking. It's not a miracle, but it is easy. It requires no equipment and the instructions are easy to follow.
I'd be careful if your back isn't that great-some of the exercises can provide a strain. I'd look elsewhere.
Please, though, unless you are looking for a collector's edition, don't pay money for this plan. You can download the pdf online, there's websites that track your progress and are free. If you can use google, you can find this information for no cost!
